Our modest establishment in Sullivan county is just 2 miles from the excitement of river rafting, canoeing, fishing, and much more on the National Wild and Scenic Delaware River. Look for bald eagles, deer and turkey as you meander down a unpolluted river. We have a separate guest cottage adjacent to the main 18th century farmhouse. This cottage has three bedrooms, each with their own entrance from the small lobby. Each unit in the cottage has its own small bath. Bedrooms can sleep 3 - 5. There is a small lobby/sitting area and a screened porch with picnic table, a small refrigerator, coffee pot and micro.
We are located a few miles from Bethel Woods, the original Woodstock site, now a performing Arts Center.Dogs are welcome provided you keep them on a leash of reasonable length. Unfortunately you will need to keep your feline friends at home, we are not set-up to accept cats. If you have any questions about other pets please call.
Children can explore our ponds and creeks. There is a rowboat and plenty of worms to go fishing! We have a horseshoe pit, croquet, swings, fire circle, extra picnic table and a small grill available. Many groups like to rent the entire guest cottage...ask about our group rates!
